Procedures for exercising the rights of the data subject
At any time, data subjects interested in the processing of personal data collected by NADO Italia may exercise their rights pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 679/2016 and Article 11 of the International Standard for the Protection of Privacy and Personal Information (ISPPPI), by means of a specific request to be addressed to the following email: This email address is being protected from spambots. The request, signed by the applicant, must contain a) the first and last name of the interested party; b) the details of a valid document; c) the subject of the request. If the applicant is not the interested party, a written proxy, accompanied by the latter's identification document, authorising the applicant to act in the name and on behalf of the interested party will be required.
