In order to avoid unintentional violation of Article 2.10 of the Anti-Doping Sports Code (“Prohibited Association by an Athlete or other Person”), it is recommended that all Athletes check, in compliance with data protection regulation, with their National Sports Federation (NSF)/Sports Promotion Entities (SPE)/Associated Sports Discipline (ASD) whether the Athlete Support Person with whom they could be in contact is sanctioned for violation of anti-doping rules.
