The last meeting of the season in the framework of the UEFA’s anti-doping educational programme 'HatTrick V' took place at the Olympic Preparation Centre (OPC) in Tirrenia.

The project, set up to ensure effective anti-doping education for football players and their support staff (coaches, managers, agents, team personnel, officials, medical and paramedical personnel), has enabled, in these first two years of its existence, the training of 16 Italian national men's and women's football, futsal and beach soccer teams, as well as the doctors of all Serie A, B and C clubs.

The FIGC Federal Anti-Doping Commission and NADO Italia met on Tuesday with the players and staff of the Women's National Beach Soccer Team, in preparation for the European Games in Krakow 2023.

The secretary of the Federal Anti-Doping Commission, Paolo Nucci, illustrated the educational programme and its objectives, while Francesca Boscariol, on behalf of NADO Italia, dealt with the topics of anti-doping testing, RTP (Registered Testing Pool), and focused on the List of Prohibited Substances and Methods and the requests for Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUEs). Meetings will restart during the next competition season.
