Following further analysis and interpretation of the facts and the law, NADO Italia has determined that Ms Aivi Belinda Kerstin Luik has not committed any violations of the Italian Anti-Doping Rules (“NSA”).

NADO Italia therefore considers that the Decision No. 53/2024 (192/TNA/AN) of the National Anti-Doping Tribunal of NADO Italia (“TNA”) dated 17 July 2024 shall be annulled.

As a result, Ms. Luik and NADO Italia have agreed to terminate the appeal proceedings currently pending before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS 2024/A/10843) through a Consent Award, annulling the Decision No. 53/2024 (192/TNA/AN) of the National Anti-Doping Tribunal of NADO Italia (“TNA”), dated 17 July 2024.
