Education is one of the fundamental tools for promoting a culture of clean sport. On 15th September, at the CPO Giulio Onesti, NADO Italia delivered an anti-doping education session for the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) Under 19 Futsal National Team.

The session, organised as part of the UEFA HatTrick VI programme, covered the fundamental principles of the World Anti-Doping Code, doping control procedures, the management of Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUEs), and the risks associated with the inadvertent use of substances prohibited under the WADA Prohibited List.

Investing in education, particularly at the youth level, means equipping athletes with the knowledge and tools they need to understand the rules, prevent unintentional anti-doping rule violations, and make informed and responsible decisions throughout their sporting careers.
